Established in 1989, STREETMACHINE had its humble beginnings in the heart of Paris. Owner Tobia Sloth then went on to open the doors of his second shop in San Diego before finally bringing it back home to Copenhagen in 1996. STREETMACHINE has since specialised in picking the best in skateboarding and streetwear from the world over, having carried the likes of Dime, Palace Skateboards and RASSVET, to mention a few.

At the back of November, 2021, STREETMACHINE decided to close the website with a final sale across its entire stock. While the Kronprinsensgade 3 physical store operates under the Norse Store umbrella, the website is no longer trading. In the spring of 2022, the store that was once STREETMACHINE will join the Norse Store concept under a new name scheduled to launch in the spring.

STREETMACHINE was highly regarded as a go-to skate destination not only by locals but around the world, inspiring numerous stores with a similar aesthetic to open in its wake. Furthermore, the store wouldn't have achieved it's global status without the staff that have worked in the store over the years. An additional thank you goes to all the customers that supported STM and the brands and distributors that welcomed STM to carry their apparel, footwear, and hardware, both big and small. We thank you.

As the STREETMACHINE chapter comes to a close, we invite you to the next chapter with us through and
