GENERAL shippes with PostDanmark and FedEx. All parcels are insured and have a tracking number so they can be traced. When your order shippes you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.


We occasionally offer free shipping on all orders. This will be clearly communicated on our website.


We always try to have the best and fastest delivery when shopping online with
Orders placed before 9 am will be shipped same day. Some delay may be expected during sales and holiday seasons.

Denmark: 1-3 working days
Europe: 2-4 working days
Rest of the world 3-5 working days

From time to time we offer free shipping on all orders. This will be clearly communicated from our frontpage, newsletters etc.

Free shipping will be activated at the end of the check out process.

Streetmachine offers a simple and easy return service. Simply post the goods to be returned (in original, unused condition) to:

Please include the order number the return relates to. Please also remember to write RETURN AND REPAIRS on the outside of the package to ensure a swift transit through any customs offices it may encounter.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours. A refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. We require that you ship the returned goods with a valid track and trace number for security and to make sure the package will not disappear during transit.

We do not offer exchanges on any items. Instead, simply follow the instructions above and you will be issued a refund when we receive the unwanted product. In the mean time, you can place an order for the correctly sized item and it will be shipped immediately.
