Do you have all items from the webshop in the your physical store? (Kronprinsensgade 3, Cph)
Most items can be purchased in our store. The specific product page will tell you if the item is available in our physical store or only online. You are welcome to email us if you want to make sure either way.

What does your shoe sizes mean?
All our shoe sizes are listen in US sizes. We have made a size-guide for each brand to be found on the specific productpage. Here you are able to compare sizes to tell what EU size is equivalent to US.

Can I order a complete skateboard?
You bet. You can use our complete builder here. You can save several hundreds DKK on buying a complete skateboard!

Do I pay the second I punch in my payment info?
No, the payment is reserved as soon as you place an order but the amount is not withdrawn until the order ships.

What happens if an item is sold out?
If an item is sold out we will contact you by phone or e-mail to see if you would like a different item or if you prefere to  have the rest of your order shipped. It is also possible to cancel
 the entire order .


How do I complain about a flaw on an item?
Is case of a complaint, you will have to contact us and explain the situation. We need the reason for the complaint and preferably a photo before you return the item. A photo is not necessary but it may save some time in the long run. Complaints will be treated according to "købeloven".

Do you provide gritape upon purchasing decks?
Yes! You will get a free peice of grip with all decks.

Can you mount griptape on my deck before shipping?
Sure! Just write in the commentary field, during the check out process, that you want griptape mounted.
NB! Remember that a deck with grip mounted can not be returned.

Can you send me some free stickers with my order?
Sure! Just wirte in the commentary field that you want some stickers and we'll handle it!

Can I get a tracking number to track my order?
You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you lose your tracking number please email or call us to retrieve it.

Can I cancel my order?
If you want your order canceled please call us as soon as possible. If you do not succeed in canceling your order you are welcome to return it.

Can I return my order?
Yes! You may return your order within 14 days of purchase. The 14 days starts when you receive the package.

- You must return the item unsued and in the original package. Do not remove labels and tags.
- If you are returning shoes. Do not put tape or stickers on the box.
- Hats, caps etc. can not be 
pressured and must be wrapped in a hard box.

How do you refund my payment?
When you return an item your payment is refunded to the account used for the purchase.
